All deposits, gift cards, and pre-payments are non-refundable.
Tattoo clients must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Your appointment may be rescheduled once per deposit, with at least 72 hours notice.
Your deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your appointment.
If you are 20+ minutes late, your deposit is forfeited and this is cause to cancel your appointment.
A price estimate for your tattoo was quoted to you during the booking process. Tattoos will not be provided on credit, they must be paid in full at the time of procedure.
I accept cash and debit/credit cards. I do not accept checks or payments through mobile apps.
Please let me know if you plan to have a visitor. This must be limited to one person.
Minors are not allowed in the studio.
Please keep electronics at a low volume, or bring headphones.
Video Calls/Facetime is not allowed within my booth. Please go to the lobby.
Pre-Care Information
It is imperative to be well-rested and hydrated for your session. Be sure to eat breakfast the day of your procedure and bring adequate food and beverage with you to the studio. Please moderate your caffeine intake, avoiding energy drinks and Pre-Workout.
Please consult with me before using numbing cream to prep the area. We want to ensure a safe, untoxic amount of lidocaine is present, and apply the product in an effective way that is optimal to the area of the body, as well as the length of time planned for your session.
Please limit use of Ibuprofen or Aspirin for 24 hours prior to your tattoo, as this can thin your blood and affect the tattoo process. These products can be resumed after your tattoo session.
Please limit alcohol consumption in the days leading up to your appointment. If you take prescription medication and/or have current medical conditions, please check with your doctor prior to getting tattooed. It is within our right to request medical consultation to ensure the safety of our clients.
Shower the morning of your tattoo and moisturize the area to be tattooed. Do not worry about shaving the area, as that is part of our skin prep procedure. Extra shaving can cause bumps and irritation, which is very uncomfortable within a new, healing tattoo.
I appreciate if clients avoid excessive perfume and cologne use.
Dress comfortably in clean, dark clothes, keeping in mind the location of the tattoo. Generally, dressing in layers or loose garments allows access to the area while still empowering your modesty level.
I personally will not tattoo anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
I cannot tattoo sunburnt or wounded skin. Please reach out if you have a scrape or cat scratch in the area to be tattooed, as we will need to reschedule your appointment to allow healing.
Custom Designs
You will receive an email 2-7 days prior to your first session. This will confirm your appointment date and time, as well as design and placement. This is your opportunity to provide any last changes, details or notes for the concept.
If you choose to change the tattoo concept altogether, this must be discussed with me as soon as possible, no later than the time of this confirmation email.
The design will be available for review and finalized at your first appointment. Some elements may be freehanded to contour with the body or work around existing tattoos.
I do not send out images of my custom artwork. I understand this requires trust, and it is appreciated. I will not accept a project that I do not have the skillset for. Also, I generally assume that inquiring clients have reviewed my work and connect with my aesthetic and style.
Touch-Ups and Follow-Up Appointments
I am no longer offering free touch-ups at client request as this implies an error in my application. If there is a foreseen need for a follow-up session to ensure quality of your tattoo, I will make those arrangements with you.
Otherwise, a flat fee of $100 will be charged for a follow-up session under normal circumstances. If you have future appointments planned with me, I would be happy to include minor touch-ups at another session.
Failure to comply with aftercare instructions may result in being charged in full for any touch-ups and/or halt any further projects.
